Art camp for children ages 7+ runs for 7 weeks this summer! Each week children create different Art projects! From sculpture, weaving, sewing, painting, clay and printmaking, we have a busy and creative summer in the barn!
After School art classes are offered Mondays & Wednesdays from 4:30-6PM in 6 week sessions.
Art workshop days are also offered during the year on the days that schools are closed for a holiday, including MLK day and Presidents Day. We also host Scout troops who can meet in the barn and earn an art badge, as well as birthday painting parties for kids and their friends!
Sophia, a former Art in the Barn camper, is going to be a high school senior this fall. Her main interest is most things revolving around art. She enjoys being creative in and out of school and enjoys drawing whenever she can because it allows her to express herself. She has also done set crew for school plays and is considering majoring in advertising when she goes to college.
Annie enjoyed Art in the Barn LLC. summer camps growing up. Art has always been a creative outlet to express herself and relieve stress. As a creative assistant, Annie loves working with the kids, seeing their projects come together and their skills and talents progress over the years. It’s amazing to see them add their unique touch to their artwork and that they are always in a cheerful mood to spend the day doing fun art projects with us! Art in the barn is a positive environment and Annie is blessed to work here with the children and Cindy!
Sally is a retired High school Art teacher from our local school district. She enjoys helping with our summer camp program teaching younger students! In her free time, she trains and competes with her Corgies in agility competition races and many times comes out the winner! We enjoy having Sally’s experienced eye in our summer camp weeks!
Ella is going to be a junior in high school. She’s enjoyed arts and crafts since she was a child, especially working with clay. She likes to spend time with her friends and meet new people. Ella also enjoys many different genres of music and has been playing guitar for four years. She’s always excited to help people with their art projects at the barn!
Fern is new to Art in the Barn this year! She is a junior in high school and enjoys sketching, painting and handicrafts. She brings an enthusiastic energy to the studio and is wonderful with the kids. She hopes to bring her artistic talents to culinary art school in the future.
Amelia is a former art camp student of Art in the Barn and enjoys doing projects and expressing herself through art. She finds it interesting seeing the children she works with in the barn workshops express themselves through their art. Amelia enjoys volleyball, traveling, and being around her friends and family. Amelia is so glad to be a part of Art in the Barn!
Hayley is a student at West Chester University. She is a Women’s and Gender Studies and Early Grades Edu. double major, with a minor in Mandarin Chinese. She loves working with kids, and coaching gymnastics at a local gym. Hayley loves making art and has been studying art since she was 13. She’s excited to help the kids at camp express themselves and be their best creative selves!
Nesi is currently a Student at Bucks County Community College studying Graphic Design. She has been a creative assistant with Art in the Barn LLC. since September 2022. She enjoys Art , especially painting and drawing. In her free time she loves to snowboard and go on long bike rides. Nesi loves teaching children Art and they love to work with her on the many different projects we create with them! She’s very enthusiastic and makes everyone feel welcomed!
Caroline will be a senior at Central Bucks West this fall. She has been creative since she was very young – drawing, painting, clay and crafts are all ways she loves to spend her time. Her other interests are Irish dancing, biking and enjoying time at the beach with her family. She is looking forward to spending fun summer days working with the kids on their art projects!
