3-D Flower Quilting -1-3:00pm

Join Kawandi Quilt Artist Jen Strauser from the Dizzy Quilter for a day of Flower Quilting where we’ll learn a beautiful free-form style of hand quilting. Beginners welcome, ages 7+.

Add something new to your quilting skills! We will be making 3-d fabric flowers to be attached to hair clips, ( hair clips provided) head bands , handbag accessories, quilts or throws framed in a shadowbox or made into  a pin! Jen will provide everything you need to make your very own fabric flowers, and show you how to do it! This class is open to individuals and parents with children. Anyone under 14 needs to be accompanied by a parent. If you have fabric you want to turn into flowers, you are welcome to bring it! For this project we need 1 1/2″ x 20″ strips of cotton fabric. If you prefer to attach a flower to something other than a hair clip, please bring it along.
